Return Policy
At Lotus and Lilac Design, we take design and craftsmanship very seriously and we want you to love these pieces as much as we do! Our furnishings are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement when notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Lotus and Lilac Design does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: custom upholstery, fabric swatches, furniture, art, sale items, or items purchased at warehouse sales or pop-up shops, or gift cards.
All of our items ship from within the United States, prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We cannot ship furniture outside of the US at this time. Please contact support@lotusandlilacdesign.com for any additional assistance.

Shipping Faqs
Most lighting ships via UPS or FedEx and should arrive between 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. Backorder dates are subject to change. A handling fee is applied to any decor that need extra care to ship or due to size needs to ship freight. This fee covers the expense of moving the piece into the desired space and does not include package material removal or assembly. ALASKA & HAWAII
Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered by UPS with an additional charge of $10. Furniture deliveries are not available to these areas.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the U.S. territories or foreign countries at this time.
